- 1986 : SIC became a La Pie Qui Chante subsidiary after having been produced the famous product MENTAL for years
- 1997 : The company gets independant back and develops its own brands :

- 2005 : Société Industrielle de Confiserie took over Confiserie Saint Micheland enlarge its range of prodcuts by entering on the kids candies market. Thanks to this new range of product, SIC can since then produce kids candies and offers a wige range of sweets.
